Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We collect what you give us: your name, email, company, the calls you make through Pitchset, audio recordings, transcripts, and the scoring results we generate from them. Mood check-ins are optional. We use Stripe for billing and do not store full credit card numbers ourselves.

2. What we do with it

We use it to operate Pitchset. We score your calls. We surface trends to your manager. We don't sell your data. We don't train third-party AI models on your data without your consent.

3. AI processing

Your call transcripts are sent to Anthropic (Claude) for scoring and to OpenAI (Whisper) for transcription. Both providers do not retain or train on data sent through their APIs by default. We use ElevenLabs for voice synthesis with the same posture.

4. Mood data is private

Your individual mood check-in answers are visible only to you. Managers see aggregate team-level scores. We do not share individual mood data outside your direct chain of command, and we never share it externally.

5. Call recordings & TCPA

Calls placed through Pitchset are recorded. The system discloses the recording at call start. You are responsible for compliance with TCPA, state two-party consent laws, and DNC list scrubbing for any outbound calls placed through our dialer. Pitchset will not place outbound calls to numbers we have reason to believe were obtained without consent.

6. Data deletion

Email privacy@pitchset.ai to delete your account or specific data. We honor requests within 30 days.
