Terms of Service
By using Pitchset (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use it.
1. Service
Pitchset is an AI sales practice + CRM platform. We don't guarantee specific revenue outcomes, win rates, or close-rate improvements.
2. Your account
You're responsible for what happens under your account. Don't share credentials. Don't use Pitchset for outbound calls to people who haven't consented under TCPA / state law / DNC lists.
3. Acceptable use
No: Spam, harassment, impersonating real people other than yourself, generating misleading or fraudulent communications, illegal collections activity, or pretending the AI is human when explicitly asked.
4. Billing
Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel any time from /app/billing. Cancellation stops future charges; pro-rated refunds are at our discretion. No refunds for partial months unless required by law.
5. Intellectual property
Pitchset code, prompts, and brand are ours. Your call data, contacts, and notes are yours — you can export them any time.
6. Liability
Service is provided "as is." We aren't liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Maximum liability = the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to your account.
